Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive with me?
A: Depending on the receipt of payment we will ship your order the same day and no later than next business day. Normally, the package meets within two to three business days to you or to the desired delivery address. This statement refers to the domestic shipping, foreign countries may differ.
If a product despite careful planning is not in stock or special order (e.g. in very large or small versions) must be ordered from us it may take a little longer delivery times, which we have notified you immediately.
Q. Can I send my order to another address?
A: Whether you want to have sent your order to a packing station, or as a gift to friends, during the ordering process you are asked for the delivery address where you can specify the desired address.
Q: What happens if I give up multiple orders?
A: All orders received within one day with us and with the same shipping address will be automatically combined. If you would like more bundles, please inform us with the first order. If the first product shipped, no summary can be done and shipping costs will be due again.
Q.: Are there any other ordering options?
A: The easiest and fastest ordering is here in the shop, but you can of course also order by telephone, e-mail, fax, or postal mail.
Q: I have received a voucher / coupon, how can I redeem it?
A.: Fill your basket as usual and then click "Order". You will find the input field for the coupon code below the delivery address.
Q: How can I find out about the status of my order / shipment?
A. Click the button "My Account" in the shop’s head menu. Under "Orders" you will find a list of all your orders and the corresponding processing status. Once your goods have been shipped, you will immediately receive an e-mail with the tracking code so that you are also informed about the transport at any time.
Q.: Could the parcel be accepted by my neighbours?
A: Of course, the shipment could be accepted by your neighbours, too. We ship in plain packaging and with a neutral sender, so that your privacy is protected. Make it easy for a service during your absence, in which you inform the delivery person with a note at the bell, that the shipment could be served with neighbours.
F.: I want to exchange the goods ordered, what should I do?
A. Whether the new shoe is too small or you do not like the new Corsage, please contact us, we will solve the problem.
Q.: I would see and try the articles before buying, is this possible?
A. Personal service is our priority, please make an appointment for our showroom, there you can checkout all of the products and may discover one or another bargain.
